Usage: Dissolve 2-4 scoops of bath salt into a full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more. 

Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply moisturizing lotion/Shea Butter No.77 or Bath Oil.

**Temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.**

Ingredients: Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals), Epsom Salt, Organic Lavender,  Vanilla Oil.
